This position will be responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of solutions to provide secure access to the right application or data, to the right individual, for the right reason. This includes Improving system and user identity and access control through enhanced management strategies including but not limited to the implementation of Role-Based Access Control and Privileged Access Management disciplines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL


  • Act as a subject matter expert in ongoing development of Role Based Access Control, Identity and Access management (IAM), Privileged Account Management (PAM), Single Sign On, and Multi-Factor Authentication related project and initiatives

  • Develop, deploy and maintain technology and procedures to ensure and secure identity objects in all aspects of on-boarding, de-boarding and move/add/change requests for all user account types.

  • Conduct continuous improvement assessments and provide gap analysis with recommendations for future initiatives.

  • Provide architectural and implementation guidance for new Identity and Access Management and Privileged Account Management projects.

  • Provide hands-on systems administration of IAM/PAM tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant or related Information Technology, Information Assurance, Business Administration, or Risk Management field of study.

  • A minimum of five years of experience implementing access control, IAM, and or PAM technology and procedures.

  • A minimum of five years of working in enterprise Microsoft access control technologies, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and/or security group management including Group Policy Objects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:


  • Proficient in authentication and authorization technologies such as RADIUS, MFA, SSO, LDAP, and/or SAML.

  • Proficient in end user behavior threat analytics such as Microsoft Defender for Identity or other similar technologies.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/O365, Teams and SharePoint based collaboration.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

  • Ability to use sound judgment.

  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.

Pay Range:

$109,309.00 - $154,398.25 Annual
