Provides support for the On-Campus Internship Program. Monitors and provides support for ensuring payroll funds distributions, processing human resources paperwork, and maintaining job postings. Serves as an office resource and first point of contact for students and site mentors. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
35% - Essential - Student and Mentor Experience: Ensures customer service and serves as a first point of contact for students and mentors. Maintains site mentor and student marketing correspondences and training materials. Performs general in-person customer service and administrative duties related to program and office needs.
30% - Essential - Business Operations: Assists with the payroll and HR processes, ensuring proper payment to interns, accurate departmental accounts adjustments, and Federal and State requirements are met. Liaison with HR regarding hires and HR related actions. Helps with tracking data, coordinating appointments, and adhering to human resource requirements. Provides input to the supervisor on process improvements and value-added adjustments for the program.
20% - Essential - Program Coordination/Management: Manage and review internship vetting and postings process. Communicates with site mentors and helps them with recruiting, hiring, and other relevant program processes. Inputs approved internship postings into recruiting software system and ensures accuracy.
15% - Essential - Support and Reporting: Maintain spreadsheets and reports for semester, annual and other frequent updates. Assists with program expense analysis. Serves to educates students, mentors and constituents on program processes and procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - High School or Equivalent - and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

Education - Bachelor's Degree Work Experience - 1+ years in higher education, payroll management, human resources, or a related field.
