Position: Administrative Assistant – Equipment Engineering & Manufacturing
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 PM

The Administrative Assistant – Equipment Engineering & Manufacturing provides dedicated administrative support to the daily operations of the Equipment Division. This position is responsible for tracking and report creation of key division metrics to support the Executive Director. This work involves high level expertise of current software applications.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Directly support and optimize the Excel-based production backlog for the manufacturing facilities on a weekly basis.
• Handles purchase requisitions and invoice approval as required
• Tracks spending and cashflow against plan of division cost centers
• Creates projects in SAP Project Systems, creates and manages WBS elements
• Assists with preparation of annual budgets for several division cost centers
• Monitors the time charges of departments within SAP CATS to verify that employees are fully charged
• Creates and/or revises PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents as needed
• Monitors calendar of direct supervisor and assists in managing meetings and working time
• Supports analysis of the Manufacturing and Project Management groups as assigned
• Extracts information from SAP and uses Excel to create reports for billability utilization rates by department and individual + status of focus projects
• Has specialized knowledge and proficiency within SAP transactions
• Has advanced Excel skills to prepare summaries and combine information extracted from SAP into meaningful reports

Qualifications

• Required education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Preferred education: Associates degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 2+ years of administrative support experience in a business environment is required
• 3-5 years of experience with MS Office products, primarily Excel, is required
