Job Description:

Summary:


This resource will be responsible for responding to customer requests within the defined SLAs, documenting, planning, and prioritizing multiple work orders and optimizing processes to profitably reduce the overall production support requests. Assist with small/medium size projects requiring configuration and unit testing in Kronos.



Project Details:

  • Work directly with customers to resolve production support issues in high volume complex Kronos Workforce Central 6.x environments
  • Administer Kronos Workforce Central application including application servers, devise managers, and SQL server databases
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Kronos 4500 & InTouch Terminals in Kronos Device Manager



Job Experience:

  • Experience testing, modifying, and troubleshooting system integrations that include SQL, WIM, and stored procedures
  • In depth knowledge and ability to analyze, develop and implement complex Kronos pay rule, security, workforce attendance and calculated accrual configurations
  • Proven experience to monitor application performance and provide recommendations to optimize system performance
  • Knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a distributed environment
