Job Description:

Location: Ridgewood, NJ

Salary: $45,000.00 USD Annually - $52,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Account Representative
The Account Representative will be responsible for managing inventory, building relationships with staff and administration at accounts, collecting and reviewing claims with account staff, and helping manage set up and delivery of equipment as appropriate.


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage inventory


• Weekly and bi-weekly visits to accounts within the assigned region


• Deliver and stock medical equipment products to accounts


• Build relationships with staff and administration at accounts


• Review claims and review incomplete claims with account staff


• Collect claims and return to main office.


• Help manage set up and delivery of equipment as appropriate


• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience working in supply chain or logistics


• Knowledgeable of DME products


• Maintain high levels of credibility, integrity, and honesty


• Excellent customer service and communication skills
