    Job Description: The company is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are considered and accounted for.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
    • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
    • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
    • Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
    • Monitor and update estimates as project details change.
    • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.
    • Maintain a database of historical cost data for future reference.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
