Job Description:

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $19.00 USD Hourly - $21.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Community Health Worker to join their team!


Scope of Role:


Location: Remote


Hours: M-F 8am to 4:30pm


Job Engagement: Contract


Ideal candidate has some community health work background or experience in related field such as, case management, coordinator, or medical assistant.



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Completing Welcome Calls for members who are new to the plan


• Document all telephonic encounters/ attempts in medical records system


• Provide benefits information to new members and answering benefits related questions


• Confirm member demographic information and request updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Previous experience as a medical assistant, care coordinator or case management.
