We are hiring a Learning and Development Program Manager to move our learning faster into the future. This role reports into Global Head of Learning for the organization and will closely align with the Director of Digital Upskilling and Change from the Technology & Data Solutions team. This key hire to our team will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs focused on increasing the capability of our employees to embrace artificial intelligence (AI), GenAI and the productivity enhancements created by these fast-moving new technologies. You'll have a chance to collaborate with global cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create effective and engaging learning initiatives that drive digital upskilling across the organization. Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment:
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and performance improvement opportunities related to AI and productivity.
Collaborate with Business Leaders, Technology Partners and the People team to understand specific learning requirements.
Program Design and Development:
Design and develop innovative learning programs tailored to AI technologies, tools, and productivity enhancement. These initiatives may vary from highly technical in nature to behavior change learning concepts.
Create engaging content that can be delivered in multi-modal formats including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led sessions.
Incorporate adult learning principles and best practices into program design.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on AI concepts, tools, and productivity strategies.
Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and emerging trends in AI and productivity.
Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Be a coach to global L&D team members on increasing their own knowledge of the new capabilities afforded by Gen AI in creation, curation and management of learning programs.
Documentation and Reporting:
Develop, implement and maintain a set of clear, measurable eLearning outcomes for each program created. Capture accurate records of learning activities and participant feedback
Generate reports to track program impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, training, or learning and development.
Proven and documented understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and productivity tools.
Outstanding verbal and written communication, executive presence, interpersonal skills, facilitation and collaboration skills.
Experience working effectively with all levels of management, including top executive level and administrative personnel with a commitment to inclusion, equity, diversity, continuous improvement, a passion for people and openness to new ideas and perspectives.
Advanced leadership, organizational, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
Growth mindset and passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences.
Effective organization, project-management, time-management, and self-management skills with detail orientation.
Experience and comfort facilitating high-impact learning sessions.
Experience working independently and effectively in a globally dispersed team environment/matrixed organization with a broad cross-section of people.
Tenacity to manage complex global projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience with growing field of AI enabled learning platforms and Copilot 365 a plus.
Prior experience operating in a global team is preferred.
Certifications in AI, project management, or instructional design are a plus.
