We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Software Engineering to lead our Windows Platforms Landing team. As a leader, you will build and drive a team that ensures best in class Microsoft Windows ecosystem performance and efficiency on ARM based SoCs. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background in Microsoft Windows OS, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute on a product oriented strategy in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a result oriented engineering organisation that supports key customers to develop differentiated solutions.
Establish and foster strong technical relationships with key stakeholders within Arm and Customer organisations.
Support customers to deliver market leading products based on ARM solutions.
Provide first line of support to customers on the field
Required Skills and Experience :
Demonstrated experience leading software application engineering teams!
Deep understanding of the Microsoft Windows operating system, APIs, development frameworks, and associated toolchains.
Experience in device driver development, (DirectX, DirectML and other peripherals) including WHQL Certification
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills and business sense
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
Experience of the wider AI ecosystem, Microsoft's and others
Familiarity with ARM architecture and software ecosystems
Hands on System-on-Chip development and support experience
