A company in north Austin is looking to bring on a Front Desk/Accounting Clerk to join their team! This is a fully in-office M-F role and pay is $20-22/hr. This is a contract to hire position looking for someone who can start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Process payments and reconcile accounts.
Update daily receivables and sales.
Investigate account discrepancies.
Assist with inventory counts and reports.
Answer calls and support coworkers as needed.
Requirements:
1+ year of accounting experience.
Strong Excel and data entry skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Reliable, flexible, and eager to help.
