Pricing Manager: The Pricing Manager will oversee the development and review of all pricing and proposal efforts for the company. This will include new business proposals, TOPRs, price adjustments and any other pricing initiatives to support company goals and objectives. The individual will manage the department consisting of Pricing Analysts and Project Coordinators. The individual should be a leader, motivated and proactive.
**This is a remote position and will be performed out of the candidates home-based office. Individual must have discipline to work in this environment and needs to be reliable and readily available throughout the workday.**
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, lead and manage the pricing organization in the pursuit of all new business in accordance with company goals and objectives.
Set department organizational and financial goals on an annual basis.
Review all incoming new business and pricing opportunities daily.
Support bid / no bid decisions and assist with conducting analysis of proposal development and pricing progress.
Analyze and understand all proposal requirements within a TOPR.
Review any addendums and modifications of price information, Performance Work Statements PWS, or contract requirements.
Track and manage opportunities utilizing current databases.
Communicate with Partners/Subcontractors when needed during proposal process.
Coordinate with recruiting as needed (for pricing knowledge at various government locations).
Understand the Service Contract Act (SCA) for obtaining wage determination (WDs) for official contract actions.
Review salary research completed by all Pricing Analysts and Project Coordinators.
Review all compensation plans, pricing worksheets and any other required documents to be submitted to the government in a timely manner.
Respond to and manage any pre-bid and post-bid revisions and edits, as required.
Work with Program Managers and Operations in handling of post award process.
Track and manage all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the department.
Support the Business Development team with pricing analysis and research, as directed.

REQUIREMENTS
Prior knowledge with reading and analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs) & requests for quotation (RFQs) is required.
Proven capability in organization and thinking strategically to improve business development and proposal outcomes.
Knowledge of federal government business development processes is preferred.
Strong analytical skills.
Capable of reprioritizing efforts to meet dynamic workload and schedule shift and manage multiple, concurrent business development and proposal projects.
Ability to work with all employee levels within company in a collaborative team environment
Must be able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Detail oriented & motivated to provide error free work product.
Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or another relevant field.
