What You'll Do
Operate with multiple internal teams and vendors
Generate status reports
Manage project financials
Drive teams to hit milestones
Understand the client's business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the people, process, technology, and data needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes
Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Work on projects independently and participate as a team member
What You'll Bring
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
Consulting experience - the ability to hit the ground running as a Junior Project Manager
Must be able to work independently
Classic project management skills
Knowledge of Agile
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop relationships

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $50 to $55/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
