Your new role



As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day-to-day operations of multiple projects. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with operations team, subcontractors, architects, engineers and client representatives.



What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager


• Ground up construction experience required


• Have managed projects over $15M from start to completion


• Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results


• Strong communication skills
