What will you do?


  • Coordinate all procurement activities through existing teams, including category management, to ensure alignment with overall procurement strategies and organizational objectives

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive purchase order (PO) execution strategy to optimize procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Conduct regular supply chain reviews and perform in-depth risk analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Identify and evaluate new vendors to expand the supplier base, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and long-term procurement goals.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for key vendors, fostering strategic relationships and engaging in long-term planning and collaboration.

  • Actively participate in process improvement efforts with the supply base, leveraging feedback and insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

  • Implement supplier reporting and monitoring mechanisms to track performance, compliance, and quality standards, and take proactive measures to address any identified issues.

  • Identify critical components and vendors essential to the organization's operations and develop strategies to ensure continuity of supply and manage associated risks.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or equivalent
• 4+ years of supply chain experience, vendor management experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience leading and influencing others

• Excellent project managment skills

• Strong working knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and lean manufacturing
• Strong team building and decision-making skills
