Job Description:

American Overhead Door, a DH Pace Company, Inc., will hire an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to represent our Entry Door Division for our commercial line of business in Huntsville, Alabama and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to sell the following doors and door related products: Specialty Doors, Automatic Operators, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, and Electrical Hardware. Looking for an individual to become knowledgeable in selling our key system and locking hardware solutions who will call on education, healthcare, and government industries.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of Entry Doors and related door products and services

  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Huntsville and surrounding areas

  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards

  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals

  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Managment System (CRM) daily

  • Other duties as assigned


 JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience calling on commercial accounts

  • Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals

  • Must possess valid driver’s license

  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills

  • Mathematically and mechanically inclined
