You will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and high-performing team at our new Grand Rapids, MI site In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for coordinating the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. This entails overseeing functions such as warehousing, shop operations, and delivery services to guarantee the timely availability and delivery of materials required to meet production schedules.

Additionally, you will compile data on order volume, production schedules, and forecasts. Utilizing statistical methods, you will analyze this information to estimate future materials requirements

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Coordinates incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products and parts that include functions such as warehousing, shop and delivery services to ensure material availability and delivery when needed to meet production schedules.

  • Compiles data on order volume, production schedules and forecasts and applies statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements .

  • Support shipping/receiving functions as needed

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Nice to Have


  • Forklift experience and/or certification

  • Pallet Jack experience

  • RF scanner proficiency

  • Previous material handling experience

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook and Word)

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$37,200.00 - $55,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
