Under the direction of the Director of Perioperative Services, assists in developing, interpreting and coordinating, activities related to operations, capital purchases, accounts payable, ordering supplies/replacement parts, meeting and room requests.Minimum Required:


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree - Business or Administration.
  • Minimum Required: 3 - 5 Years equivalent experience - Business Operations.
Administrative:
• Act as the administrative contact for the perioperative leadership team for operational issues such as equipment needs or employee reimbursement requests.
• Direct phone inquiries.
• Manage room calendars for meeting requests

Account Management:
• Gather quotes for operational and capital budget items.
• Enter orders in ORACLE with appropriate follow up through receipt.
• Entering of work orders for facilities, clinical engineering, and IS&T for needed repairs of upgrades.

Operations:
• Be a contact person for perioperative services when providers and staff need assistance with badging, EPIC or other system programs.

Problem Solving:
• With the Department Director, discusses and evaluates department problems. Correlates and implements solutions and evaluates the success of those solutions.

Scheduling
• Develops and coordinates support staff work schedule along with time and attendance reporting.Administrative:
