AI Architecture Design: Proven ability to architect scalable, enterprise-grade AI systems tailored to financial applications.
Finance Domain Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial systems, regulatory landscapes, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven Innovation: Track record of building proof-of-concept AI/ML applications and scaling them into enterprise-grade solutions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiences, including large groups.
Mentorship and Growth: Potential to grow the team by hiring and mentoring additional resources as workload increases.
