What You'll Do:

• Provide resident-centered care during the NOC shift


• Assist with care planning and collaborate with the healthcare team


• Monitor residents' health, respond to overnight needs, and report changes to the RN or provider


• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and facility policies

What We're Looking For:

• 
  Active LPN license in good standing


• Excellent clinical and communication skills


• Ability to work independently during overnight hours


• A positive attitude and strong commitment to quality care
