What You'll Do:
Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions to improve residents' communication and swallowing skills
Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
What We're Looking For:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to resident-focused care
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting (preferred but not required)
