RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Burlington, MA that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veeva QMS Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of both Veeva QMS and Trackwise platforms and have a strong background in using Jira and Agile methodologies. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of our quality management systems, and it offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field


• Certification in Veeva and Trackwise would be preferable


• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Management System implementations, with at least 5 years focused on Veeva QMS


• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with specialized experience in Pharma QMS and specific to Veeva QMS and Trackwise


• Strong technical skills, including experience with data migration and system integration


• Proficient in Jira and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of managing projects in an Agile environment


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines


• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is highly desirable


• Proven track record of successful Veeva QMS implementations and data migrations


• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to QMS in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges


• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
