Track weekly service technician hours and submit data to payroll/HR.
Sort and distribute invoices for the Service Department.
Assist with billing, generating reports, and handling correspondence.
Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
Perform other general office duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
1-7+ years of prior administrative or customer service experience in an office setting.
High school diploma required; AA or BA degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform basic calculations, including percentages and discounts.

Pay range: $22/hr-$25/hr(depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
Location: 100% onsite
