Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Fairfield, CA that is seeking a Senior Project Manager. Specifically, this resource will work on a Software Implementation that will directly impact customers.

Duties:

• Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders through all phases of the SDLC


• Helps set and follow clear project management standards including project plans, change controls, risk management, and other project management documents on given strategic initiatives


• As a Senior Project Manager, you will assist in developing standards, managing the enterprise IT project priority list with IT Directors, and assists in IT Steering Committee meetings if needed


• This position reports to the Director of IT Strategic Initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10 years of Project Management Experience


• Experience leading a large software implementation or IT related projects


• Ideally Healthcare background


• Exemplary Soft Skills - a lot of stakeholder and external vendor engagement


• Technical Experience: Jira, Workfront, PM/Task Management Software (MS Project is ideal, but will accept others)


• Ability to work 10-13 medium to large-sized projects simultaneously


• Ability to step into a project and seamlessly start leading

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
