RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Community Affairs Analyst who will play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and supporting various initiatives that align with our organizational goals. The Community Affairs Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and executing community programs, managing relationships with non-profit organizations, and ensuring the successful delivery of community services.

Responsibilities:


  • Decide to Ride Initiatives: Lead and manage the Decide to Ride programs, promoting safe and responsible transportation options within the community

  • Emergency Drinking Water Assistance: Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply teams to organize the delivery of emergency drinking water; Initiate and facilitate discussions to ensure timely and efficient distribution

  • Non-Profit Organization Screening: Utilize third-party software to screen and evaluate non-profit organizations; Conduct thorough investigations on social platforms to ensure alignment with our community goals

  • Special Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, such as blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross; Ensure all logistical aspects are managed effectively







REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field

  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations and/or in the community affairs/public relations space preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage in external-facing conversations comfortably and professionally

  • Must have strong attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
