Job Summary:

NetApp's Product Marketing team seeks a skilled Program Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to NetApp's success. In this role, within the Business Operations team, you will be crucial in enhancing transparency, accountability, KPI management, and stakeholder engagement for the Product Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Operations, you will manage and streamline critical processes, collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and leadership to update dashboards, ensure effective communication with the broader organization, and drive the adoption of best practices. Your pragmatic problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in stakeholder management will be essential in fostering collaboration and delivering results.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning and Thought Partnership:

    • Support teams in articulating strategic plans, including defining metrics to track progress toward goals

    • Conduct objective assessments of current initiatives and identify areas for improvement

    • Contribute to the annual planning by assessing previous investments and understanding future opportunities

    • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate progress toward strategic goals



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Develop and implement processes to enhance cross-team coordination and operational efficiency

    • Act as a strategic liaison between Product Marketing and other functions, ensuring successful integration and coordination of shared goals and strategies

    • Build strong relationships and serve as a strategic point of contact for stakeholders

    • Support change management efforts by facilitating communication and providing guidance on implementing organizational changes.



  • Initiatives:

    • Define and manage the business intelligence strategy and operating model, collaborating with various teams to ensure meaningful insights are readily available

    • Develop and manage the employee engagement plan, partnering with relevant teams to deliver against the plan

    • Manage select deliverables for the Product Marketing Chief of Staff



Job Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, KPI management, and tools

  • Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, change management initiatives, and stakeholder management

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools

  • Prior experience in product marketing or a related field is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $108K - $152K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
