We're looking for someone who excels in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Territory Manager at Honey Bucket, you'll play a key role in our company's success by promoting our products and services.

  • Build Customer Relationships: Meet new people and businesses, creating lasting bonds while promoting our offerings.
  • Identify and Gain New Sales Leads: Drive to customer locations, discuss our services, and showcase why we're the premier provider of portable restroom services.
  • Contribute to Company Growth: Help us expand our reach across surrounding cities and metro areas.

Qualifications:

Honey Bucket supports your growth with industry training and tools. To succeed, you need:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn additional sales and company-specific software
  • Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.

We Offer:

  • Full-time, year-round work with OT opportunities
  • Weekly Starting pay: $50,000 TO $75,000 (Salary base + Commission)
  • Schedule: 7AM Monday-Friday (some weekends)
  • Company vehicle and phone

Training:

  • Company-paid one-week training at Conroe, TX or Puyallup, WA ("Honey Bucket University")
