Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is open to all digital hubs, with a strong preference for candidates based in Minneapolis. Although primarily remote, candidates must be local to a hub location as occasional office reporting will be required. The working hours are 8-5PM, with some flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours aligned with monthly releases.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with partners such as engineering and design teams to strategically plan product development
- Collaborating with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Becoming an expert with respect to the competition
- Coordinating with business line product managers and other component teams to define the team's roadmap and delivery of product features
- Translating business needs, user needs, and technological capabilities into user stories and product specifications
- Documenting detailed acceptance criteria for developers and QA teams
- Driving Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories, and other artifacts to support development goals

The ideal candidate will have product management experience in financial services or consumer banking, with 7+ years of experience. Experience with onshore/offshore team coordination and leadership is also required. Demonstrated ability as a technical product manager, product owner, or solutions architect is a plus. Technical fluency is essential, as is the ability to understand, discuss, and challenge architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
