JOB SUMMARY

The Configuration Management Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman, will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft and product programs. This role involves maintaining configuration control of acquisition products and data, tracking configuration changes, and coordinating and supporting the development of Engineering Change Proposals. The ideal candidate will apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft and product programs.
  • Maintain configuration control of acquisition products and data.
  • Track configuration changes.
  • Coordinate and support the development of Engineering Change Proposals.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
  • Develop, review, and process Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
  • Ensure compliance with DoD 5010.12-M and NAVAIRINST 4200.21E.
  • Utilize the Acquisition Management System CDRL tool for effective data management.

  • Proficiency in using data management tools and software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in performing duties related to configuration and data management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in developing, reviewing, and processing CDRLs.
  • Knowledge of DoD 5010.12-M and NAVAIRINST 4200.21E.
  • Expertise in using the Acquisition Management System CDRL tool.
