Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for an IS Support Technician for one of our large Healthcare clients in San Diego, CA. You will be responsible for desktop troubleshooting, configuring printers, and peripheral devices (such as scanners, credit card readers, and signature pads).

Shift:

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week


• 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM


• Shifts vary throughout the week, including weekends

Location:

• Main Reporting Address: San Diego, CA


• Must be able to drive to different hospital/clinic sites throughout the county due to current projects/needs (one location per shift)

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience with the installation and configuration of Windows 7 and Windows 10


• The role requires hardware refresh experience, outstanding customer service skills, and knowledge of PXE Boot


• Desktop troubleshooting


• Configuring printers and peripheral devices (scanners, credit card readers, signature pads)


• A basic understanding of networking, telecom, and SCCM is a significant advantage

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
