Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Scrum Master in Jupiter, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective


• Ensure the Scrum framework is understood and followed by the team


• Scrum Master will identify and remove impediments that could impact team progress


• Act as a buffer to protect the team from external distractions and interference


• Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

• This resource should have experience working with cross functional teams


• Must be self-sufficient


• Certifications are preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
