Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. (EVS) is seeking a full-time Mid/Sr. Contracts Management Specialist, for onsite work at the NAVWAR Complex in San Diego.


You must have an Active Secret Security clearance to be considered for an interview.


Provide critical support by leveraging available resources to independently review, draft, and revise contracting and acquisition documentation. Provide support in researching pre-award and post-award contracting procedures following NAVWAR and PEO C4I policies and procedures. Provide client-focused service in all aspects of the contracting life cycle, including pre-award acquisition planning, source selection support, and post-award contract administration (CDRL management, PMR assessment, requirements tracking). Develop and review procurement request (PR) packages, including Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS'), Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), Determination and Finding (D&F), and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), ensuring the adequacy, consistency, and compliance with administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements. The candidate is expected to advise clients on alternate strategies for contracting approaches and proactively work with cross-functional teams and leads on programmatic contracting needs.

Requirements:
  1. Secret Clearance
  2. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  3. 3+ years of experience relevant to pre-award and post-award contract management support within NAVWAR / PEO C4I.


Working Knowledge of the following on arrival:

  • DoD acquisition frameworks
  • FAR
  • DFARS

Expectations for Mid-to- Sr level support include:

  • Solid working understanding of the NAVWAR organization and mission on arrival.
  • At least 3 recent years supporting NAVWAR program requirements and processes at a PMW.
  • Ability to initiate and perform tasking independently with little oversight to achieve high-quality deliverables (to include collaboration with cross-functional leads, Government, and Contractors).
  • Strong teamwork/collaboration, written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated organizational and analytical skills desired.
  • Proactively meet client needs for contracting-related efforts.
