Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility


• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans


• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


• Monitor residents' health status and adjust care plans as needed


• Ensure accurate documentation of nursing interventions and resident progress

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state


• Skilled nursing experience required


• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team setting


• Compassionate and professional demeanor
