We are currently hiring a Foreman with CIPP industry experience to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Foreman, you will lead a crew in installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects.

What You’ll Do:
Front-line lead employee responsible for performing, as well as leading, training and directing the activities of a crew in the installation and repair of pipe rehabilitation products
Schedule, coordinate, and advise the activities of assigned crew a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
Effectively manage and maintain the equipment for successful completion of each project
Provide leadership and supervision at project site and enforce policies and working rules
Continually inspect work performed by crew for quality and specification compliance
Perform general construction activities, when applicable
Analyze and resolve work problems or lead crew members in discovering the resolutions
Prepare and submit for review production, safety, time, and other reports, as necessary
What We Need From You:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
2+ years previous technician and/or Foreman experience in an outdoor construction environment and Cured in Place Pipe experience in the water and sewer field, required
Valid driver’s license required with clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL, or at least a CDL permit, and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift / move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery-powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state)
