In this role you will:

  • Analyze data and be directly responsible for reporting metrics across the business, such as forecasting and pipeline management, while supporting strategic initiatives and answering specific business questions.
  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze revenue data to identify patterns, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and articulate a revenue reporting strategy to further enhance Revenue Operations' impact to the business
  • Analyze, monitor and provide insights related to Revenue performance to assist leadership team in developing plans that will lead to achievement of goals
  • Be a Salesforce data and reporting expert by ensuring data accuracy and integrity, monitoring data quality, maintaining standard reports & Dashboards and training users to use and maximize their access to Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Lead the transition of revenue related reporting, migrating from off-line compilations to an on-line model utilizing Salesforce.
  • Support the administration and execution of quarterly sales incentive compensation plans
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team its team members to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to support their sales efforts
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports using current business reporting tools (Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Slides)
  • Lead cross-functional sessions with the Revenue Operation organization to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes
  • Identify core process areas for improvement (i.e.: metrics, goals, data governance, compensation plans and resource plans to achieve objectives)

What you will need to succeed:

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in a data centric role
  • 2 + years working multifaceted data sets
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on experience with Salesforce, and specifically Salescloud Reports & Dashboards
  • Demonstrable proficiency in data analysis techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Proven experience interpreting data results and effectively presenting complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: balancing the need to deep dive into the details while also being able to step back and synthesize data to make meaningful recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel Skills required. You must be able to extract data, merge data sets and use advanced formulas and complex functions (such Vlookups and Nested If Statements).
  • Data Quality and Assurance Techniques: proven success in identifying and rectifying issues like missing values, duplicates, outliers, and incorrect data formats to maintain reliable data for analysis and decision-making
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills: Ability to articulate your ideas in presentations and reports across the organization, from your peers to executive leadership and develop excellent rapport with internal teams.
  • Must be detail oriented and be able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • SQL knowledge (preferred): Ability to write SQL queries to access and analyze data from databases

Salary Range: $90k - $110k


At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
