We are seeking a Manager, IS Project Manager - Resource Management to:
Manage, develop, and lead Project Managers in the IS & Informatics PMO
Lead Resource Management for the IS & Informatics PMO to ensure the allocation of resources are deployed to the right projects to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement resource management strategies and processes to optimize the use of resources across multiple projects and programs.
Maintain a comprehensive view of resource availability and demand, ensuring that resource capacity is aligned with organizational priorities and objectives.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices related to resource management and project delivery.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be adept at navigating complex organizational structures to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
5 years significant project leadership in Healthcare IT and/or analytics Preferred
2 years increasing leadership responsibilities Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, PfMP, PSM I, PSM II or similar project/portfolio management certification Preferred
ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean Preferred
Technical certifications relevant to area of expertise (Epic, Cisco, VMWare, etc) Preferred
