Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a local manufacturer located in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative or office support experience and strong computer skills.

Location: St. Louis City, MO
Status: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8 am to 5 pm
Compensation: $18-21/hr
Overview of role:
• This role provides advanced administrative support to executives, including managing correspondence, travel arrangements, and general clerical duties.
• Key responsibilities include verifying purchase orders, assisting the parts department with data entry and customer service issues, processing credit card payments, and managing QA inspection reports.
• The role also includes receptionist duties, HR assistance, and event planning.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are required.
• Desirable traits include teamwork, initiative, and a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in general office support
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher is a plus
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must be adaptable and willing to help in all areas of office operations
