Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 can substitute for formal education.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Involvement in at least one full-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Familiarity with several Business Central modules such as financial management, supply chain, sales/marketing, manufacturing, and warehouse management is highly desirable.
Skills:
Strong analytical thinking with a knack for problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Experience in business process modeling and requirements documentation.
Familiarity with agile project management principles and tools.
Knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus!
