The Platform Administrator will control all access management for all population health tools managed by the CareAllies Population Health Solutions team. The position will be an individual contributor that will work with other team members on the evaluation of business requirements and other related client enabling projects or may impact a broad range of functions in a matrix environment. The individual identifies, suggests, and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all business areas.
The following is a list of responsibilities managed by the candidate:
• Provisioning new users on population health platforms
• Setup and maintain all single sign on configuration points
• Updating hierarchy access for users
• Reactivating accounts
• Resetting passwords
• Updating demographics for users
• Create/edit new profiles for new user groups
• Send email to Provider Engagement 15 days prior to external user deactivations (weekly)
• Deactivate users by market after 45 days of inactivity (weekly)
• Verify new user setups
• Monitor PopHealth email box for requests
• Review SDE/HS Access tickets for requests
• Work with 3rd party management when outages are reported
• Collaborates with the team to develop project plans for production release implementation
Other responsibilities include:
• Assist with prep work for release testing
• Keep documents for each release and report to 3rd party vendor contact
• Review usage reports for accuracy
• Distribute market usage reports
Qualifications
Requirements include:
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare/health plans
• Access management experience a plus
• Team player with proven ability to foster and manage working relationships within a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and drive results
• Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions
• Ability to work independently on assignments while simultaneously engaging as a collegiate and collaborative part of a larger departmental team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral, written presentation, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and quality and the ability to learn quickly
• Demonstrated ability to drive results with sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment
** This position does require 10-20% Travel.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,300 - 120,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
