Our services include air and ocean freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs brokerage, distribution, inbound logistics, truckload brokerage and other supply chain management services, including consulting, the coordination of purchase orders and customized management services.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns and tactics. This position will also develop tools and best practices to support the execution of marketing campaigns, report on metrics and provide general marketing support as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Implement digital and traditional marketing activities and campaigns
Maintain and manage the content for the company website
Create and optimize content (including copy, design, video, and photography) and digital campaigns for company website and social media platforms
Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor offerings
Identify trends and insights and leverage opportunities within the industry using social and digital tools and channels
Measure and report on performance for company website and marketing campaigns
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal, written and problem-solving skills
An ability to multitask, prioritize work and perform under tight deadlines
Portfolio of previous campaigns
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Digital media, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CRM and CMS software
Highly creative with proven experience identifying target audiences and delivering marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Solid understanding of web metrics (including Google Analytics), digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
ENVIRONMENT:
100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Travel will be (up to 10%) required in support of the position's responsibilities.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
