Position Summary:

ANSER is seeking an Associate Subcontract Administrator to join our team contract's supporting contract/subcontract administration, procurement, and pricing functions during the pre-award, award, and post-award phases of the procurement process. You will work on, in partnership with other contract team members and internal and external stakeholders on contract correspondence, negotiating, subcontract generation, contract close-out, file maintenance.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Ensure subcontract documents comply with established procedures.
• Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Procure and administer purchase orders and subcontracts for goods and services.
• Maintain records for the same per established procedures.
• Ensure post-award compliance on supplier performance (cost, schedule, technical aspects, etc.) of awarded agreements.

Required Qualifications

• 2 + years' progressive experience in government contracting working with subcontracts or contracts.
• Demonstrated understanding of contract processing and compliance.
• Bachelor's Degree

Desired Qualifications:

• Certifications: such as CPCM, CPSM, FAA, AMS, FAR, NCMA, CPM, CAPM, CFCM, or CSCP
