This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to policies and procedures.



Tasks

This position will work in our TASCO facility. This position is responsible for cleaning areas of TASCO, which include but not limited to: shop, hallways, break room, offices and restrooms. Must be willing to push, pull, lift or carry 40 pounds or more. Must be willing to work in extreme cold or hot environments 10 degrees to 100 plus degrees). Must be willing to use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8-10 hours per day. TASCO clean-up process uses cleaning chemicals.

• Clean and mop offices. Windex office windows when needed.


• Sweep shop floor (east and west), fill and empty trash barrels as needed.


• Clean and mop shop bathroom.


• Use TASCO-supplied cleaners to disinfect tabletops and floors with bleach or cleaners.


• Use a small power washer to clean the east bay floor as needed.


• Clean and detail lathes and mills.


• Responsible for mowing and weed-eating around the building.


• Must provide steel-toe shoes.


• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have a 180 days rehire waiting period and a 3 time limit.
