Location: Must be local to Portland, OR area, 4-day onsite requirement

What You'll Do
• Manage project(s) that support the critical strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive execution plans, drive alignment to an integrated HR functional roadmap and deliver results.
• Execute PMO best practices & standards focused on effective delivery and proactively minimize adoption risks and enhances benefits realization
• Effectively work cross-functionally with and through stakeholders to build consensus and drive results
• Manage day to day project activities, such as the management of Project Plans, RAID Logs, Change Requests, Status Reports and Budgets
• Manage teams through ambiguous and challenging situations in a sustainable manner
• Present project status, OKRs and milestones in various forums
What You'll Bring
• 3+ years relevant experience in portfolio management, management consulting, operations or complex program/project management.
• Advanced project management process, and organizational skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to achieve strategic objectives
• Experience in executing PMO practices, tools and standards
• HR experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to gather relevant data and information, actively listen, dialogue freely and verbalize ideas effectively
• Research and analytical skills; ability to gather information to synthesize into actionable information
• Capability to build and maintain cross-functional and cross-regional networks with internal and external resources, lead cross-functional team of leaders and peers and navigate complex organizational structures to deliver business results
• Prior Slalom experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related field; MBA preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the pay range is up to $70/Hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
