*Position Summary:*
This position performs a variety of tasks ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team members. This position oversees and coordinates different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, and building long-term goals for company.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Organizing Programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
* Creating and managing long term goals.
* Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on service.
* Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas of improvement.
* Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
* Working on strategy with the sales team for customer satisfaction.
* Handle all incoming requests for installation work by confirming receipt of the quote with the customer within 24 hours.
* Manage scheduling between each of the Stakeholders ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Make sure any Materials Requests are processed and completed by purchasing.
* Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Manager
*Education/Qualification:*
* At least three years' experience in a customer service-related role is required.
* Customer service training and regular updates to this training are required.
*Other Duties:*
* Prior experience in both program management and team management.
* Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
*Physical Requirements:*
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
