Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Johnston, RI.

Essential Functions:

• Senior Program Manager will build out the platform infrastructure to address our unique processing requirements and to handle the diverse universe of assets we currently hold, as well as prepare for future portfolio diversification


• Significantly reduce/eliminate the time-consuming and inefficient manual data maintenance processes within Investment Operations and Accounting and move to data automation and value-added data analysis


• Ensure a smooth, comprehensive data conversion from CAMRA Accounting to the new platform that has been audited and validated

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years of experience


• Program Management


• Clearwater Analytics Implementation Experience (Non-Development Role)


• Change Management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
