Your new role


As the Facilities Manager, you will be in charge of an 85,000 SQFT Warehouse facility. You will be in charge of the overall, electrical, mechanical, HVAC & building operations.


What you'll need to succeed


-5+ years of experience as a building engineer


-Experience with Warehouses (Industrial or Retail)


-Knowledge of technology, industry trends, codes & regulations


-Knowledge with HVAC


-Experience with docs (trucks & transportation)


-Proficient with capital projects & project development
