We are looking for an experienced Process Lab Technician to ensure that the research, development, design and implementation of new and/or improved production processes and projects is done in a cost-effective manner, meet local, state, and federal environmental and safety statutes, and are within Company and Group policy. This role will serve as the primary contact for production and customers to consult for challenges in processing. The job holder is responsible for:


  • Hands on formulation development, incoming and outgoing quality checks, and managing both internal and external non-conformance projects.
  • Process optimization both internally and externally, and optimizing processing conditions for 2,500+ compounds in SAP
  • Support and manage research development, design and implementation of new and/or improved processes

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing engineering, Chemistry or related engineering field. Equivalent experience will be considered in place of a degree. This experience would include 5+ years of problem solving or troubleshooting in a manufacturing lab setting or 5+ years of quality and/or R&D lab work experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Good leadership and human relations skills with sound capacity for planning and organizing.
  • Ability to deal efficiently with various conflicting priorities.
  • Appropriate industry experience may be substituted for academic degree.

This is an On-Site position and benefit eligible on the first day of employment.
