Seeking a Vice President of Business Development and Capture, who will direct and manage all business development related activities. The VP of Business Development and Capture will spearhead all business development activities, leveraging their deep-rooted relationships within the business development community. They will be instrumental in guiding company's trajectory, establishing pivotal relationships, identifying lucrative service contracts, and bolstering our business revenue. This role is suited for a dynamic leader with a robust understanding of the Government acquisition and contracts lifecycle and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborates with company leaders to pinpoint and seize fresh business prospects within the federal government sectors, while also aiding in the development of the necessary infrastructure, capabilities, and metrics for growth.
Nurtures strong and productive alliances with government clients and key industry associates.
Directs initiatives in strategic formulation, execution, market entry strategies, intelligence gathering, and high-level transactions. This encompasses steering projects, creating consistent methodologies, and supervising teams both directly and indirectly.
Orchestrates relationships with multiple partners and clients, engaging with top-tier executives and diverse teams.
Prioritizes the smooth assimilation of contract wins into regular business processes.
Solicits and assimilates feedback to enhance customer contentment and refine service delivery.
Crafts detailed proposals, addressing elements like content narrative, strategic approach, sales techniques, and commercial stipulations.
Supervises the planning and management of budgets, team resources, and contractual agreements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, or 12+ years of pertinent experience.
15+ years in the Federal Government market.
Proficient in Government Contract Management and Corporate Division Management.
6+ years in cyber/information security, risk management, and IT compliance business development.
Direct experience with senior-level Government or Corporate leadership.
Comprehensive understanding of the market landscape, competitors, and technologies.
Stellar communication skills.
Proven experience in spearheading major projects.
Preferred but not required Clearance Level: Secret or Top Secret.
