WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
The Marsh McLennan Senior Workforce Planning Leader is responsible for leading the evolution of our enterprise workforce planning strategy, including the development and implementation of scalable tools and practices. The Senior Workforce Planning Leader will partner directly with HR and business leaders to understand the organization's future workforce needs, proactively raise internal and external labor market trends, and identify workforce implications and interventions. They will also partner closely with the organization's people and talent partners to collect, analyze and interpret workforce data, develop workforce plans and provide strategic input into associated talent management strategies in support of HR and business leadership.
The Senior Workforce Planning Leader will report to the Marsh McLennan Head of People Strategy and sit on the People Strategy Leadership Team.

WE'LL COUNT ON YOU TO:
Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive workforce planning methodologies, training and forecasts aligned to business and people strategy objectives.
Analyze workforce needs against internal and external labor market trends, identifying potential gaps and mitigation plans.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and senior business leaders to identify and advise on multi-year workforce drivers and plans.
Use workforce data to measure overall workforce health and impact of strategic HR initiatives.
Conduct trainings with other HR stakeholders and program teams on workforce analysis tools and methodologies.
Collaborate with senior people and talent partners to identify requirements, strategic drivers and future talent needs.
Foster relationships with senior leaders across all businesses to ensure alignment on workforce planning initiatives.
Collaborate with People Function SMEs and strategy partners to deliver priority initiatives aligned to our People Strategy.
Provide regular updates to Head of People Strategy, People Strategy Leadership Team, and program/project leadership.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; advanced certifications in workforce planning or analytics a plus.
Significant experience in workforce planning methodologies and analytics, and/or strategic HR consulting, with a proven track record of leading large-scale workforce initiatives.
Experience working with Workday, Power BI, and other HRIS/analytics platforms and data sets.
Legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent/ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $176,900 - $387,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
