Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Corporate Strategy Consultant to join their team. This role is a critical part of the Corporate Strategy Team, applying strategic, business, and financial acumen to lead and execute the Corporate Strategy. The successful candidate will bring fresh, innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to the table, driving strategic initiatives with cross-enterprise, company-wide impact.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of the annual Strategy and related business plans
- Acting as a change management champion within the company
- Building key relationships with the Strategic Program Management Office, Portfolio leaders, Finance, and the executive leadership team
- Leading various cross-functional project teams, developing business plans to drive the implementation of strategic priorities
- Delivering key messages to Senior Management and other key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in strategy development and project management
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience developing business cases, performing cost-benefit analysis, conducting market/industry research
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Collaborative relationship-building skills with various internal and external stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and extracting the best from each team member
- A track record of taking action and getting things done with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse populations

Preferred qualifications include an MBA from a top school. This role requires the ability to remain highly organized in a dynamic and evolving environment, engage seamlessly at all levels of the organization (and externally), and execute seamlessly. The successful candidate will be able to manage through ambiguity and ever-changing timelines and business assumptions.
