A Brief Overview
The ECRM at our manufacturing facility will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational performance. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will partner with management to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement. The ECRM will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, ensuring that our manufacturing facility operates efficiently while maintaining a motivated and engaged workforce.

What you will do


  • Utilizes HR expertise and analyzes HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes, to partner with management, and understand business goals, and people implications, when making decisions that affect the site or implementing Corporate HR initiatives. Leads and promotes a positive company culture by being an advocate for employees while achieving company goals.

  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in accordance with company policy. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; adheres to policies and practices to maintain compliance. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes in human resources, and local employment law.

  • Partners with temporary agencies to support flexible labor needs. Counsels' management on employee relations issues to ensure that the business follows applicable laws and policies, and support investigations.

  • Promotes positive employee relations management, as measured by the annual Employee Survey supporting a collaborative, highly engaged culture through site-driven events or local community.

  • Manages the talent acquisition process which includes recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, for both site-level exempt and non-exempt roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings as well as onboarding.

  • Implements learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees that include employee training and development, career management, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Analyzes trends in compensation; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Partners with total rewards and managers to facilitate the annual compensation planning processes, drive overall compensation strategies.

  • Provides support and guidance to management, and employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodation, provide benefits assistance, support employees during open enrollment, as well as managing any leaves of absence.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related field (Preferred)


Experience Qualifications

  • 4-6 years Minimum 4 years of progressive HR Experience with Bachelor’s Degree, or 7 years HR experience without Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (High proficiency)


Licenses and Certifications


  • SHRM-SCP (Preferred)

  • SHRM-SCP (Preferred)

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI (Preferred)
